Q. Some of my products melted, does this hurt the product?

A. Many of our products are made with coconut oil, which returns to its liquid state at 76 degrees.  But don't worry!  It doesn't affect the quality of the ingredient and by throwing it in the refrigerator, you can return it to its solid form.  You can also use any of our products in their liquid form, but if you love the soft, silky texture, you can toss it in the mixer for 5 minutes and keep it chilled.


Q. Are there really no chemicals in your products?

A. Absolutely not!  All of our products are made from raw, organic, plant derived ingredients.  Check out our ingredient list for more information.


Q. Won't all these oils only make my skin ​more oily?

A. While it may seem counter-intuitive, oil dissolves oil and leaves your skin with a more gentle and deeper clean than soap and water.  The oils in our products replace your skin's natural sebum (oil) and help to regulate your body's oil production.  Thus it works great for dry, oily and acne-prone skin.


Q. Are Kara Jo products safe for my kids?

A. Some of our biggest fans are kids!  Feel free to slather all of our products on your kids - and of course your babies!


Q. I don't love what I bought as much as I thought I would, can I return it?

A. Everyone is different and so is their skin.  We try and provide you with enough information to make the best choice for your personal needs.  Because of this, refunds cannot be issued.  However, give it to a friend!  She (or he!) may love it!


Q. How long will it take for me to get my Kara Jo products after I've placed my order?

A. Please allow 2-3 days processing time.  We ship all our orders 2 Day Priority Mail.  We work hard to get your our products as soon as possible, so your order may arrive even sooner!


Q. Oops! I decided I don't want my order.  Can I cancel it?

A. You can cancel your order at any time during processing, but once it has shipped orders cannot be cancelled.


Q. My Kara Jo products arrived damaged.  What do I do?

A. Please let us know within 48 hours if your shipment has arrived damaged and we will replace it or refund your money.


Q. Do my Kara Jo products expire?

A. Our products are best used within 6 months of purchase.
