In August of 2025, we were presented with an opportunity to acquire a large herbal apothecary from a retiring clinical herbalist, Sharon Moncrief of Greenbrier Herbalist (see below). Nearly every day since then, we worked to create the space both physically and mentally to take on this new venture. We plowed a new farm plot, built a private apothecary on our farm, and worked closely with Sharon to create a smooth transition.
